摘要
目的分析门诊药房开设药物咨询窗口和开展药物咨询情况。方法由高年资药师承担门诊药房窗口药物咨询工作,解答患者用药方面疑问,收集药品不良反应信息,编写药物宣教手册,宣传合理用药。结果药师在解答患者用药方面的各种问题的同时,增进了医患间沟通,有利于预防和减少医患纠纷的发生,提升了药剂科的管理水平和药师的形象。结论门诊药房窗口开展用药咨询从不同层面、不同环节促进了患者用药安全。
Objective To evaluate the practice and experience of consulting about rational drug using in outpatient department in our hospital. Methods In outpatient department, pharmaceutical and physiological knowledge were introduced, ADR were collected, the books of rational utilization drug were written, by clinical pharmacists. Results The drug consulting service prevented and reduced medical disputes, making doctorpatient relationship harmony. At the same time, the technology of pharmaceutical care was improved. Conclusion The drug consulting service improves the degree of satisfaction and reasonable medication of the outpatients.
