摘要
国家"十二五"规划的提出使特大城市金融功能区的竞争力问题逐渐成为理论界广泛关注的热点。根据美国著名经济学家迈克尔·波特的钻石理论,通过六项因素即生产要素因素、相关与支持产业因素、需求条件因素、企业战略、结构与竞争因素、政府因素和机会因素对我国金融功能区建设进行竞争力分析,可知对金融功能区进行科学规划,大力发展金融业、统一部门管理等措施是提升中国金融功能区竞争力的战略选择。
The proposal of National Twelfth Five - Year Plan has made the competitiveness of mega - cities＇ financial functional areas being widespread concerned. According to well - known American economist Michael Porter＇s Diamond Theory, after analyzing the competitiveness through elements such as factors of production, related and support industries, demand conditions, business strategy, structure and competitive factors, government and opportunities, we could conclude that we can promote the competitiveness of mega - cities＇ financial functional areas by scientific planning, financial development and the unified management.
