摘要
基于上海地铁1号线车辆客流量的实时统计数据,对上海地铁1号线车辆空调系统在制冷季的实时负荷进行了计算,并分析了地铁车辆空调系统的部分负荷特性。分析结果表明,上海地铁1号线车辆空调系统的负荷在额定值的25%、50%和75%以内的累计出现时间分别占整个制冷季车辆空调系统运行时间的35%、71%和92%;在24℃~34℃的环境温度范围内,车辆空调系统负荷的累计出现时间约占整个制冷季车辆空调系统运行时间的79%。因此,如果地铁车辆空调系统能在部分负荷工况下以较高的能效比长时间运行,将节省较多的空调系统能耗。
On the basis of the real-time statistics data of passenger flow on vehicles for Shanghai Metro No.1 Line,the real-time load of the air-conditioning system on vehicles for Shanghai Metro No.1 Line in the cooling season is calculated,and the part-load characteristics of the air-conditioning system on metro vehicles are analyzed.The analysis result shows that,when the load is within 25%,50% and 75% the nominal value of load of the air-conditioning system on vehicles for Shanghai Metro No.1 Line,the accumulated time is respectively 35%,71% and 92% the operating time of the air-conditioning system on vehicles in the whole cooling season;In the environment temperature range of 24 ℃~34 ℃,the accumulated time of the load of air-conditioning system is about 79% the operating time of the air-conditioning system on vehicles in the whole cooling season.Therefore,if the air-conditioning system on metro vehicles can be operated with fairly high energy efficiency ratio and long time under the part-load working conditions,energy consumed by the air-condition system will saved greatly.
