摘要
分析了高速动车组设备舱支架产生裂纹的原因,提出了改进方案。通过空气动力学分析、应力测试和有限元仿真计算,对改进方案进行了验证,改进后的设备舱支架可以满足动车组寿命周期要求。
The causes to cracking trouble in equipment cabin brackets are analyzed,and the scheme for improvement is put forward.The scheme for improvement is verified through aerodynamics analysis,stress measurement and finite element simulation calculation.The improved equipment cabin brackets are expected to meet the requirements of service life period of multiple units.
