COX-2和iNOS在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Significance of Cyclooxygenase 2 and Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测NPC组织和正常鼻咽黏膜组织中COX-2、iNOS的表达。结果:COX-2和iNOS在NPC中阳性率为77.8%和68.9%,在正常鼻咽膜中的阳性率为10%和5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COX-2在NPC中的表达与分化程度、颈淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。iNOS在NPC中的表达与颈淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2和iNOS在NPC组织中高表达,两者在鼻咽癌的发生发展及淋巴结转移中可能起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the correlation with clinical significance.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and iNOS were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining methods.Results The positive rate of COX-2 and iNOS in the NPC were 77.8% and 68.9%,in normal nose pharynx membrane were 10% and 5%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The expression of COX-2 in the NPC was closely related to differentiation degree and neck lymph node metastasis（P 0.05）,and the expression of iNOS in the NPC was closely related to neck lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion The highly expression of COX-2 and iNOS may promote lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
