数字减影脑血管造影术(DSA)对缺血性脑血管病诊断的影响分析

Cerebral digital subtraction angiography(DSA) for the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease impact analysis

目的:探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)在缺血性脑血管病检查的价值。方法:对100例反复发作的短暂脑缺血发作或脑梗死患者的脑血管造影检查的结果进行回顾性分析。结果:100例患者的DSA阳性检出率为75.5%,其中缺血性脑血管病的阳性率最高为80.6%,其次原发性脑室出血的为81%,脑叶出血的为68.70%,蛛网膜下腔出血的为62.5%。结论:全脑DSA检查是缺血性脑血管病诊断的"金标准",与MRA相比更能明确病变部位、形态、性质及侧枝循环情况。

Objective To explore the digital subtraction angiography（DSA） in ischemic cerebrovascular disease diagnosis value.Methods 100 cases of recurrent transient ischemic attack or in patients with cerebral infarction of cerebral angiography to examine the results of a retrospective analysis.Results 100 patients with DSA positive rate was 75.5%,in which the ischemic cerebrovascular disease positive rate was up to 80.6%,followed by primary intraventricular hemorrhage 81%,lobar hemorrhage subarachnoid hemorrhage 68.70%,62.5%.Conclusion Whole brain DSA examination in diagnosis of ischemic cerebro vascular disease as the ＂gold standard＂,compared with MRA more clearly the lesion site,morphology,properties and collateral circulation.
