云南新建地方本科院校服务地方经济发展研究

A Study on How Newly-built Local Universities Serve Regional Economic Development in Yunnan

基于人才培养的视角,从专业设置、生源地、培训区域、就业区域4个方面分析了云南新建地方本科院校服务地方经济的现状。研究表明:云南新建地方本科院校的专业设置尚不能满足本地发展需要、学生本地实践不足、本地生源的本地就业不足、产学研结合能力不强、科研成果转化率较低。针对上述问题提出了相关的政策建议。

From talents training point of view,this paper analyzes the current situation of many newly-built local universities serving regional economy in Yunnan from four aspects such as specialties design,students＇ hometown,training areas and employment areas.Studies show that,in many newly-built local universities of Yunnan,the specialties can not meet the needs of local development;many students lack practice in local areas;some local students cannot get local employment, and that businesses,schools and research institutions cannot be linked and the rate of scientific research into production is low.Therefore,this paper gives some policy suggestions according to the above problems.
