摘要
华裔身处两种文化的夹缝中无所适从,产生严重的焦虑感,使得焦虑成为了华裔文学作品的关键词。美国华裔女作家何舜廉的小说《玛德琳在沉睡》就是典型的一例。小说通过对经典童话人物的戏仿式重写,体现了能指与所指的分裂;通过梦境与现实的穿插,体现了主体与他者的对抗;通过诗化的语言表述,体现了主体与环境的和谐重构。从存在符号学意义上讲,作品中的焦虑主题来自主体与价值客体的分离,与此同时,它又是主体与价值客体结合的必经之途。对于华裔作家来说,通过书写焦虑,也超越了焦虑。
Anxiety is the keyword of "Overseas Chinese Literature" since they encountered uneasy anxiety between two cultures.This is particularly true in Madeleine is Sleeping where the parody of classical fairy figures reveals the break of signifier and signified,the shuttle between dream and reality demonstrates the resistance of subject to the other,and the poetic language indicates the effort of harmonious reconstruction of subject with surroundings.In the sense of existential semiotics,anxiety comes from the separation of subject and value object;meanwhile,it is the necessary step towards conjunction of subject and value object.To Chinese American writers,they surpass anxiety in writing anxiety.
