摘要
随着"80后"成为一线营销队伍的主力,适时划分出新生代营销人才这一特质群体。运用实证探测手段,挖掘贴合新生代营销人才特质的核心素质测评指标,研制开发可反复施测的稳定测评量表,将研究触角延伸到每一题项,构建层次分明、路径明晰的评价指数模型。本研究尝试将人才素质测评引入细门类、可延续的发展轨道,为完善我国各类人才综合评价体系提供思路与方法借鉴。
With"80 post"have become the main force in front-line marketing team,it is good time to divide new generation of marketing talent . Utilizing the empirical study methods, the article has digged the core evaluation index that fit for new generation of marketing talent, developed the stable measurement scale that can be applied repeatedly and expanded the research into each question item in order to build evaluation index model with distinctive structure and path. This study attempts to introduce evaluation of personnel quality into small categories and renewable development track and provide ideas and methods to improve comprehensive evaluation system for all kinds of talent of our country.
