随着承接产业转移的推进,中部各省纷纷把吸收再创新作为提高本地区综合实力的重要选择,并出台相应的法律政策来保护产权和鼓励创新。但知识产权保护需要制定科学的策略,在鼓励创新和全面发展的同时,也要积极防范相应的"知识产权陷阱"。

Along with the manufacturing industry transfer, the provinces in central area of our country have taken absorbing the innovation as an important choice to improve the overall strength, and the corresponding legal policy has been issued to protect property rights and encourage innovation. However, the ihtellectual property right protection needs to make scientific strategy, and encourage innovation and all-round development. Meanwhile, the intellectual property trap should also be actively prevented correspondingly.
