信息化时代，犯罪活动暴力化、职业化、团伙化、智能化等特点日益明显，侦查人员必须转变侦查思维，形成扩散性思维、开放性思维、关联性思维和立体性思维，才能取得主动权，高效准确地侦破刑事案件，严厉打击犯罪。
In information age, the criminal activities become more violent, professional, intellectualized and in a gang way. The investigators must change the detection thinking, forming open, relevant and many-dimensions thinking, which can help solve the case accurately and effectively so as to punish the crime severely thereby.
