论司法警官院校科研建设的科学化

科研工作在司法警官院校占有重要地位,只有全面提高司法警院科研建设科学化水平,才能使司法警院科研建设走上科学发展的道路,为司法系统培养高素质的人才及提供理论服务。目前,司法警官院校科研科学化建设存在着评价机制、激励机制不完善,管理水平有待提高等问题。分析这些问题并找到问题的原因,才能找到有效的途径,提高司法警官院校科研建设的科学化水平。

Scientific research plays an important role in colleges of judicial police officers of which the scientific research level has to be improved in order to pave the way for its scientific researches and provide theoretical guidance for high quality talents cultivation in judicial system. At present, there exist such problems as imperfection of assessment and encouragement mechanism and poor management block the way of scientific research construction. An analysis on these problems and reasons act as effective means to improve the scientization level of colleges of judicial police officers.
