文化与公共行动——基于浙江衢州新农村文化建设的考察报告

Culture and Public Action: A Report Based on the Investigation of New Rural Cultural Construction in Quzhou Zhejiang

当前新农村建设过程中,政府如何利用村落连带团体中既存的习俗与价值观等文化要素塑造公共行动,此等公共行动的达成对于转型中的村落秩序有何影响,进而此等公共行动对于当前的新农村建设有何意义,局限性何在,制约因素又有哪些?文章通过考察浙江衢州新农村文化建设的实证研究解答上述问题。

In the process of the present New Rural Construction, how does the government organize public actions by utilizing such existing cultural elements as customs and values in joint communities of villages？ How do such public actions influence the village order in transformation？ What significance, limitations and restrictive factors are there for public actions in the present New Rural Construction process？ This paper attempts to deal with the above questions based on an empirical study investigating the New Rural Cultural Construction in Quzhou Zhejiang.
