摘要
平朔井工三矿9号煤局部区域由于受风化影响,导致顶板破碎,施工时易发生冒顶事故。针对该地质情况,采用高分子化学材料马丽散浆液注浆,对90101工作面和东翼回风巷顶板超前注浆加固。为了测试岩石注浆加固后的强度变化,研发了裂隙岩石注浆加固实验仪。应用该仪器分别对由水泥浆和马丽散加固后的岩石进行强度测试,测得其强度提高分别为1.5~2.1倍和0.6~1.2倍。注浆加固施工成功稳定了顶板,取得了良好的加固效果。
The local area of the No.9 coal seam in Pingshuo Jinggong No.3 coal mine influenced by weathering,occur roof-fall accident easily.According to the geological situation,the malisan was used to reinforce the roof of No.90101 working face and the east ventilation roadway.In order to test the strength of rock after grouting reinforcement,the experimental device for grouting into rocks has been developed.The instrument was applied to test the strength of rocks reinforced by cement slurry and malisan,which are improved for 1.5~2.1 times and 0.6~1.2 times separately.The success of the construction of the grouting stabilized the roof,achieved good results.
