低钾胁迫对橡胶幼苗部分生理生化特性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用水培试验技术,研究不同钾水平(K2O浓度0、1、10、50、250 mg/L)对巴西橡胶树RRIM600种子实生幼苗各器官硝酸还原酶活性、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:低钾胁迫显著降低了巴西橡胶树幼苗叶部和茎部皮的硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量,但对根部硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量影响不大;叶片可溶性糖含量在极低钾(0、1 mg/L)下显著提高,而在低钾(10、50 mg/L)下则显著降低,茎部皮的可溶性糖含量在0 mg/L低钾处理下显著提高,而在50 mg/L低钾处理下显著降低,同时0 mg/L低钾处理显著降低了根中可溶性糖含量,而其余各低钾处理对茎部皮和根部的可溶性糖含量影响不大。 The young RRIM600 seedlings of Hevea brasiliensis were cultured in solution containing different levels of potassium(K2O: 0,1,10,50,250mg/L)to detect the activities of nitrate reductases, the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar in their different organs. The results indicated that low potassium significantly decreased the NRA and the soluble protein content in leaves and barks of the. Stem, but had a little affect on the NRA and the soluble protein content of the roots. The soluble sugar contents in leaves were significantly increased under 0 and 1 mg/L K stress, but being decreased under 10 and 50 mg/L K stress. The soluble sugar content in barks of the stem was signigicantly increased under 0 mg/L K stress, but being decreased under 50 mg/L K stress.The 0 mg/L K stress significantly decreased the soluble sugar content in roots,but other low K stresses had not affected on the soluble sugar contents in roots and in barks of the stem.
