尖孢镰刀菌与草甘膦复配对空心莲子草防御酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 从自然发病的空心莲子草中分离到尖孢镰刀菌,室内抑菌试验表明,尖孢镰刀菌对空心莲子草有较强的抑制作用,接种9d后.病情指数为46.69。尖孢镰刀菌与草甘膦以1:1、3:1、9:1混合,喷洒至健康空心莲子草上,测定过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明:POD活性在48—96h随着时间的延长而上升,1:1复配剂96h后出现高峰,3:1复配剂48h后达到高峰,9:1复配剂72h达到高峰。9:1复配剂48h后SOD活性出现最高峰,较对照提高了40.0%。9:1复配剂48h内CAT出现了活性高峰.随后急剧下降。 Fusarium oxysporum isolated from Alternanthera had strong inhibited effect on Alternanthera with disease index of 46.69 in 9d indoor bacteria-inhibiting test. Leaf peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT) activity were measured after spraying Fusarium oxysporum suspension mixing with glyphosate of 1:1, 3:1, and 9:1 ratios, on healthy A. philoxeroides plants. It was shown that, POD activityincreased by time with highest activity in 1:1 mix after 96 h spraying, while in 3:1 mix after 48 h, and in 9:1 mix after 72 h. Highest SOD activity was observed after 48 h in 9:1 mix spraying, together with highest CAT activity after 48 h spraying, and then decreased sharply.
