Optimization of extraction phenolic compounds from sweet potato leaves by response surface methodology

摘要 采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析方法优选了红薯叶多酚的提取工艺。结果表明,提取红薯叶多酚的最佳方案为:酒精浓度80%、固液比1:25、提取时间26 min。该方案提取量稳定,方法简单、可行。 The three-factor-three-level response surface experiment was established to select the optimum extraction scheme of phenolic compounds from sweet potato leaves in this study. The results showed that optimum extraction scheme was as follows: alcohol concentration 80%, liquid material ratio 1:25(W/V), distilled 26 minutes. This optimum scheme was stable in extraction amount, simple in operation and feasible in practice.
