摘要
利用顶空-固相微萃取(HS-SPME)结合气质联用仪(GC-MS)分析了甘蓝、白菜和青菜3种十字花科作物释放的植物挥发性物质。结果表明,在利用双层交联的PDMS萃取头和吸附时间为0.5 h的条件下,对3种蔬菜作物提取所得的化合物中,烷烃类物质含量最高,其次是烯类物质,此外还有少量的醛、醇、酸等物质。其中顺-3-己烯醇乙酸酯、顺-3-己烯醇、苯甲醛等是3种蔬菜中共有的植物挥发性物质。
The volatiles were absorbed and identified by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and GC-MS from three crucifer cuhivars, cabbage, Chinese cabbage and pakchoi. The results showed that among plant volatiles, saturated hydrocarbon was dominant, terpene was the second, and unsaturated hydrocarbon, aldehyde, alcohol, ketone, acid and heteroaromatic compounds existed with a small amount. (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate, (Z)-3-hexen-l-ol, benzaldehyde existed in all of three crucifer vegetables.
