基于城乡一体化的职业教育发展模式构建

Constructing the development pattern of vocational education based on the urban and rural integration

在城乡一体化的发展过程中,职业教育承担着职业技能人才输出的功能。但目前我国的职业教育模式存在一定的局限性,无法满足城乡一体化对职业教育发展的新要求。在城乡一体化发展要求下,从职业教育投入产出价值链全面优化了职业教育的人才培养模式,并规划整合了职业教育的组织体系和网络体系,构建了城乡联动的创新发展模式,从而为职业教育的实践探索奠定了理论基础。

In the process of the development of urban and rural integration, vocational education has the responsibility to output talents with vocational skills. However, vocational education in China has some limitations, which can not satisfy the new requirements of the urban and rural integration. According to the integration of urban and rural areas for development, this paper optimizes the cultivating modes of vocational education from its input and output value chain and integrates its organizational system and network architecture. Thus, this paper constructs the innovative development mode by urban and rural linkage, which establishes the theory basis for the practices of vocational education.
