Analysis on present development situation of Xinjiang transformation of scientific and technological achievement demonstration base

通过对新疆农业科技成果转化示范基地的学科分布与区域分布状况、人才队伍建设状况、资金投入状况、研发状况以及所带来的社会效益5个方面的分析,总结新疆农业科技成果转化示范基地发展中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出下一步发展的对策建议。

Through analysis of the domanial distribution which regard to transformation of scientific and technological achievements in xinjiang, the subject distribution and regional distribution of agriculture demonstration base, the condition of talented person troop construction, the status of capital input, the status development and the social benefit, existing problems in developing were summarized and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
