倍流整流DC-DC变换器近场耦合集成磁件分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Integrated Magnetics Using Near-Field Coupling in DC-DC Converter with Current Doubler Rectifier

摘要 利用磁性元件磁场近场泄漏的耦合,分析其在倍流整流变换器磁集成结构上的应用。采用磁路-电路对偶等效变换获得近场耦合集成磁件的等效电路模型,直观地对两种现有磁集成方案进行统一描述。论文详细分析集成磁件磁心内部的交、直流磁通分布。基于磁件的回转器-电容模型,对不同近场磁阻下电路的工作情况进行深入的讨论。建立48V输入、12V/90W输出的磁集成原理样机,并进行实验验证和性能评估。 Integrated magnetics in DC-DC converter with current doubler rectifier was analyzed using magnetic near-field leakage effect.Its equivalent circuit model,built by the dual relationship between magnetic circuit and electric circuit,can intuitively summarize the two prior integrated magnetics schemes.Distributions of AC and DC fluxes in the integrated magnetic core were analyzed in depth.The detailed operations under different near-field magnetic reluctances were discussed by gyrator-capacitor model.The prototype with 48V input and 12V/90W output was built for experimental verification and performance evaluation.
