摘要
工业无线技术是降低工业测控系统成本、提高工业测控系统应用范围的革命性技术。文章针对HART智能仪表的广泛使用现状和工业无线需求两方面的考虑,提出了一种基于无线HART通信技术的仪表管理与诊断系统的设计方案。文章首先基于HART通信技术,提出了系统的体系结构,接着论述了无线HART协议和无线HART的四层次模型,并且详细分析了数据链路层无线HART数据的帧格式。最后给出了该系统的主要功能模块的设计,包括设备访问、记录审查、设备组态和智能调节阀诊断等模块。整个系统通过无线HART通信网络实现了现场HART智能仪表数据的上传和下置。其中数据服务器软件将数据按照无线HART数据帧格式进行解析,并通过力控通用SCADA软件ForceControl 6.1的实时历史数据库进行实时存储;应用服务器提供可视化用户界面,完成对现场智能仪表的组态与监控,方便用户操作。该系统具有可扩展性、可重构性等特点,对实现HART智能仪表管理的信息化具有一定应用价值。
Industrial wireless technology is a revolutionary technology which could reduce the cost and improve the range of applications for industrial measurement and control system.Considering the wild using situation of HART and the requirement of industrial wireless communication,this paper proposes a system design scheme about instrument management and diagnostic based on wireless HART communication technology.The article first discusses the architecture of the system based on wireless HART communication technology.Then discusses the wireless HART protocol and wireless HART hierarchical model,and gives a detailed analysis for the wireless HART data frame format.Finally,discusses the functional design about system, including device access,record review,device configuration and diagnostic features such as intelligent control valve module. The entire system achieves a data of HART intelligent instrumentation uploading and setting through the wireless HART communication network.Data server software parses the data according to the wireless HART data frame format,and saves data through the real-time historical database SCADA software Force Control 6.1.Application server provides a visual user interface,completes the configuration and monitoring for the field intelligent instrument and operates easily.This system has the characters of expansibility and reconstructive and it has a certain application value on the HART smart instruments of information management.
