Determination of nitrite by quantitative sequential injection analysis system

采用定量的顺序注射分析法测定水中亚硝酸根离子的含量,经过优化实验条件,该法的线性范围为0～1 mg/L,检出限为0.002 mg/L。方法适用于环境水样的分析,回收率在98.3%～101.2%之间。

A quantitative sequential injection analysis（SIA） method for the determination of nitrite in water is reported.Under the optimal experimentat conditions,the linear range of nitrite is 0~1 mg/L,and the detection limit is 0.002 mg/L.The method is sensitive for the determination of nitrite with rapid and higher anti-interference ability.It＇s available for the analysis of the environmenal water samples.The recoveries are from 98.3% to 101.2%.
