Mechanism Analysis on the Building and Development of Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation

本文通过实践的总结和理论分析,提出联盟的实质是产学研结合的机制创新,联盟的发展必须依靠一系列机制的建立和有效运作。并系统分析了联盟的资源整合与优化配置机制、风险共担与利益共享机制、开放发展机制、成果扩散和辐射带动机制、人才培养机制等,对如何建立和完善这些机制提出了建议。

Through out the practice and theory analysis,this paper put forward that the fact of the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance is the innovation of mechanism,and the development of the Alliance must rely on the building and development of a series of mechanism.This paper analyze the mechanism of ST resource integration and sharing,the mechanism of risk and interest sharing,the mechanism of opening development,the mechanism of the results expansion,and the mechanism of talent cultivating,putting forward the suggestion about how to build and improve these mechanism.
