摘要
在大力发展服务经济、建设创新型国家的背景下,服务业创新被提升到一个新的战略高度。在服务业创新过程中,公共政策扮演着不可或缺的角色。为此,要加大对服务业创新的科技投入力度,推动服务领域创新平台建设;发挥财政资金的引领与导向作用,强化税收政策对创新的激励效应;不断创新服务业的投融资方式,完善服务业投融资支持体系;加强服务领域创新人才培养,保障创新人才的有效供给。
In the context of developing service economy and building innovation-oriented country,innovation of service sector has been elevated to a new and strategic position.Public policy plays an indispensable role in the process of service innovation.Therefore,we should strengthen scientific input and promote the establishment of innovative platform in the field of service sector,implement the guiding role of fiscal funds,emphasize the incentive effect of taxation policy;innovate financing pattern for the service industry and improve financing support system,enhance talents＇ cultivation of service industry in order to guarantee the effective supply of innovative talents.
