摘要
本文针对广泛应用于无油螺杆真空泵中的单头等螺距螺杆转子开展动平衡计算研究,采用转子端面去除质量法来实现转子的动平衡补偿,依据动平衡质径积原理推导出了螺杆转子的动平衡方程,得到优化目标函数并利用MATLAB软件进行优化求解,给出了完整可行的转子动平衡设计方法。由于计算中没有涉及转子端面型线的形状和尺寸,因此适合于任意形状端面型线的转子。文中给出了一组源于工程实际的优化计算结果,并通过Pro/ENGINEER软件的实体造型和质量属性分析功能对计算结果进行检验,证实了动平衡优化计算结果的正确性。
Aiming at the screw rotor with single-threaded and fixed pitch widely used in dry screw vacuum pump, some research about dynamic balance calculation was carried out in this paper. The method of removing mass on the end faces was adopted to realize the dynamic balance compensation of the rotors. According to the mass radius product principle of dynamic balance, the dynamic balance equations of the screw rotors were derived. Then the optimal objective function was set up and the problem was optimized with MATLAB. At last, the complete and feasible dynamic balance design of the rotors was given. The calculation didn't involve the shape and size of the end face profile, thus, the method is fit for any type of end face profile. A group of optimized results from the practical engineering were presented in this article. And the calculated results were verified to be correct by the functions of solid modeling and mass properties analysis in Pro/ENGINEER.
