10%溴虫腈悬浮剂的制备及流变学行为

摘要 [目的]研究不同含量的分散剂Morwet D-425对质量分数为10%溴虫腈悬浮剂的理化稳定性的影响。[方法]采用湿式超微粉碎法制备10%溴虫腈悬浮剂,进行指标测定并对相对较优配方进行流变学行为研究。[结果]Morwet D-425的质量分数为1%时,悬浮剂物理稳定性指标较好,同时随着连续不同剪切应力的作用,悬浮体系表现出典型的非牛顿型假塑性流体特征,流动曲线符合Ostward模型。[结论]分散剂与润湿剂的联合使用,对10%溴虫腈悬浮剂的物理稳定性的提高有较大的作用。 The effect of different quantity of dispersing agent Morwet D-425 on the physical and chemical stability of the chlorfenapyr 10% suspension concentrate was researched.[Methods] The chlorfenapyr 10% SC was developed with the method of wet milling and the indicators of them were determined.Finally the rheology properties of better formulars were researched.[Results] The results indicated that when the amount of Morwet D-425 was 1%,appearance and suspensibility of the SC was better.Meanwhile it also exhibited the typical non-newtonian fluid characteristics of false plasticity with the continuous different shear force.The flow curves were in accordance with Ostward model.[Conclusions] The wetting agents were mixed with dispersing agengts at a reasonable ratio,which was effective to improve physical and chemical stability of the chlorfenapyr SC.
