摘要 以Al粉、Fe2O3粉和Cr2O3粉为主要反应物,采用自蔓延高温合成(SHS)方法在Q235钢基体上制备Al2O3陶瓷复合涂层,研究了反应物成分配比对自蔓延反应过程、涂层的合成产物和涂层性能的影响规律。结果表明:自蔓延反应分两步进行,并且反应不完全。反应物中Al-Fe2O3与Al-Cr2O3体系质量比增加会加快自蔓延反应速度,有效改善陶瓷复合涂层与基体的结合力,但涂层表面质量降低。当Al-Fe2O3与Al-Cr2O3体系质量比为7:3时涂层质量最好。 Al, Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 powers were used to prepare Al2O3 ceramic composite coating on Q235 steel substrate by self-propagating high temperature synthesis. The reaction products and the characteristics were studied. The results show that combustion reaction goes on progress in two steps and the reaction is incomplete. With the increase of mass ratio of Al Fe2O3 to Al-Cr2 O3 the reaction is accelerated and the bonding strength is improved, but the surface become worse. A good quality coating can be obtained when the mass ratio of Al- Fe2 O3 to Al-Cr2O3 is 7 to 3.
