The Scope of the Marxist Appearance Theory: A Study of the Rationalization of Management Philosophy

管理哲学是马克思主义理论在今天的生长点之一,但对"管理哲学"的界说的分歧却是巨大的。笔者认为:管理哲学合理性的明晰又是其关键所在;西方管理理论在东方的"水土不服",其原因也在于马克思主义出场学视域的管理理论的"管理哲学"反思的缺失。管理哲学就是对管理理论中的哲学问题的思考——对管理理论的前提合理性、方法论合理性和结论合理性的反思。管理理论自身所无法解决的一些问题就是管理哲学的论域。

Management Philosophy is one of the growing points of Marxism nowadays. However, the divergence of its scope is unneglectable. Or, in other words, there can still be a long way to go before we come to a consensus on that issue. The clarity of the rationalization of management philosophy matters the most and the reason of the inapplicability of Western Management theory in eastern world is the deficiency of reflection of the ＂management philosophy＇. The management philosophy is the reflection the reflec- tions of the rationalization of premises, methodologies and conclusions----of the philosophical issues in the management theories. The problems that the management theories cannot handle itself is the scope of management philosophy.
