摘要
《非法证据排除规定》相对于此前零散的立法规定无疑是进步的,但是其在排除范围、排除程序等方面仍存在不足,不利于实践运用,加上缺乏系列配套制度,以致应有的效力大大减损,有待进一步探讨完善。
Exclusionary rules against illegally obtained evidence as opposed to previous fragmented legislation is undoubtedly a progress, but still insufficient in the scope of exclusion and exclusion procedures. It is obviously not conducive in practice and lack of family support system, which greatly impaired the effects. It should be further improved.
