改革开放30多年来,我国的经济取得了长足的发展,人民群众收入不断增长,生活水平不断提高,但部分社会群体满意度却在下降,生活的幸福指数不高,原因在于收入差距不断扩大。如何使全体人民共享改革发展成果,已经成为社会关注的热点话题。从我国公共政策的视角分析收入差距悬殊问题,抽丝剥茧,找出症结所在,提出政府应对策略,以解决转型期下不断涌现的问题,完善政府管理职能,促进社会和谐。

Through more than three decades of reform and opening up, China＇s economy has made great strides, covering both people＇s income and living standards. But the life satisfaction of some groups is decreasing and the happiness index is not＇high enough. This attributes to the income gap. How to make all the people share the fruits of reform and development has become a hot social concern. From the perspective of China＇s public policy, the problem of income gap needs sticking points and strategies to deal with the problem of transition emerging, perfect the government management functions and promotion of social harmony.
