农业人口非农就业培训探索——以湛江地区为例

China's Agrarian Population and their Non-Farming Employment Training: the Zhanjiang Region for Example

随着农村剩余劳动力不断涌入城市,湛江地区农民非农就业问题日益显现。通过对湛江地区农民非农就业的机遇及就业困境的详细分析,探索适合农业人口非农就业的方法措施,从而建立以政府部门、用人单位和流动人口为主体,培训机构、培训市场和就业市场相协调的就业促进型培训机制,提高流动人口受教育程度,加大就业培训的投资力度,搞好劳动力培训市场建设。

With the continuous influx of rural surplus labor force in Zhanjiang City, farmers＂ non-agricultural employment problems become increasingly serious. This paper, through the farmers＂ non--agricultural employment opportunities and the difficulty in the employment of a detailed analysis attempts to explore suitable agricultural population employment measures with an effort to establish training institutions with the government, employers and the floating population as the main body. Employment training mechanisms increase mobile population＇s education, strengthen employment training investment, regulate the labor training market construction.
