摘要
依据电网发展的需要,论述了智能变电站的概念,并基于IEC 61850通信框架,提出了智能变电站的网络结构、继电保护、测控装置、故障录波装置、一体化五防等核心技术问题的实现方案。
Based on the need of network development and the IEC 61850 communication framework, this paper discusses the concept of intelligent substation and proposes the implementation of intelligent network substation, relay protection, control devices, fault recorder and integrated misoperation prevention system.
