摘要
本文主要介绍了铸造业中普遍使用的中频加热炉负载产生的谐波及其危害,通过对该类负载特性分析,针对该类负载设计无源电力滤波器,并以实际的现场应用为例,对治理前后数据进行分析,验证中频炉负载谐波治理的意义。
This paper mainly describes the harmonic, produced by the furnace load commonly used in the foundry industry, and its damage by analyzing the load's characteristics, designing passive power filter for the load, and carrying on with an practical field application to verify the significance of mitigating the harmonic through pre and post-treatment data analysis.
