摘要 由谐波造成的经济损失和因治理而形成的额外投资共同构成了谐波成本,谐波成本是谐波定价的基础。基于谐波造成的经济损失和谐波电流超标的影响分析,提出了谐波经济损失补偿电价和谐波电流超标惩罚电价的谐波定价模型,分析了模型的合理性,并结合算例讨论了可行性。 Harmonics will do great harm to power systems and cause economic losses.In order to reduce such losses,the power companies need additional investment for suppression measures.The economic losses caused by harmonics and the additional investment together constitute the harmonic costs and they are the basis of harmonic pricing.Based on the analysis of harmonic economic losses and to what degree that the emitting harmonic currents exceed their limitation levels,this paper proposes a novel harmonic pricing model,with a harmonic economic losses compensation price and a harmonic current excessive punitive price.An example is studied to discuss the feasibility of the pricing model.
