摘要
为提高磨床砂轮的修整品质,分析了砂轮修整装置的结构与动力之间的修改准则,建立了相应的动力学模型,运用能量平衡法评价各子结构对各阶模态柔度值的影响,并提出了改进设计方案。
In order to improve the grinding wheel dressing quality,this paper has analyzed a modified principle between structure and power,and has established a dynamics model for the grinding wheel dressing device.Meanwhile,evaluated the influence on modal soft degrees value from substructure by energy balance method,and put forward an improving design scheme.
