摘要
简单介绍了精密剪切模具及其设计的理论依据,详细叙述了精密剪切模具CAD软件系统的开发过程,即利用ANSYS进行剪切模具的结构优化分析,利用数据库技术实现优化结果存储,利用UG二次开发工具结合VC编程调用数据库中的结果,完成剪切模具三维图型的自动生成与装配,对装配后的剪切模具系统,根据实际的工况条件进行动力学分析,把分析的结果与实验结果对照,验证了模具设计的正确性和可靠性,为剪切模具的现代设计提供了一种新方法。
In the paper,briefly introduce precise shear mould and its design theory base,detail the process of developing CAD software system of precise shear mould,using ANSYS to optimize mould construction,using ACCESS to set up optimization database,using the development tools provided with UG and VC program to automatically draw the 3D model and assembly model.And then carry out dynamical analysis with the virtual system.The analysis result is contrasted with its experiment result,verifying the mould design's validity and credibility,providing a brand-new method for shear mould's modern design.
