摘要 针对飞机四余度舵机系统高可靠性和维修保障性要求,根据系统故障特点,提出了预测与健康管理系统的体系结构总体方案,描述了各层的功能,并对机载四余度舵机健康监测系统和地面健康管理系统关键技术进行了研究,基于信标的多任务异常分析技术,给出了时序、解释和神经网络等故障诊断算法,最后对预测与健康管理系统的三大工程集成环境做了介绍,为系统故障预测和后勤保障提供了工程方法。 For aircraft Four redundant steering engines system reliability and maintenance support requirements,according to four redundant steering systems failure characteristics of the aircraft made ??four redundant steering systems Prognostics and Health Management system architecture overall program.Describing the four redundant steering Prognostics and Health Management system architecture layers of functions,and on-board health monitoring systems and ground systems health management of key technologies have been studied.Beacon-based multi-task and analysis,given the timing,interpretation and neural networks,fault diagnosis algorithm.Finally,Prognostics and Health Management Systems integrated environment of the three projects were introduced.For the four redundant steering system fault prediction and logistical support provided engineering methods.
