针对舰载直升机远洋保障薄弱的情况,基于价值工程在维修保障经济效益评价中的运用,从维修保障系统投入与产出的方面,分析了远洋条件下物资准备与飞行时间的合理安排。
Aiming at the feeble circs of carrier copter in the ocean guarantee.Basing on the application of value engineering in the econometric benefit estimate of maintenance guarantee.Analyzing the accurate scheme of between preparing material and aviating time on the oceangoing condition,from input and output of the maintenance guarantee system.
