摘要
目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法2008年4月～2010年7月期间采用LPHP治疗19例肱骨近端骨折，观察术后治疗效果。结果19例患者平均随访9个月，术后无创口感染、骨折不愈合和内固定松动发生。按Necr评分标准：其中优11例，良6例，可2例，优良率89．5％。结论LPHP具有固定可靠、并发症少，骨折愈合良好，便于早期功能锻炼等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proximal humeral locking plate （LPHP） treatment of proximal humerus fractures. Methods LPHP was used in the treatment of 19 cases of proximal humerus fractures from April 2008 to July 2010. Results Postoperative followup wad done for 9 months. No postoperative wound infection, nonunion and loosening of fixation occurred. According to Neer score criteria： 11 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good, and 2 cases were just fine. Excellence rate was 89.5 %. Conclusion LPHP has advantages such as fixed reliability, fewer complications, faster healing fracture, and facilitating early functional exercise.
