经口气管插管患者口腔护理方法的改进与效果评价

Improvement and evaluation of the oral nursing for orotracheal intubation patients

目的探讨经口气管插管患者口腔护理的有效方法,提高护士工作效率,保证经口气管插管患者的口腔护理质量。方法将经口气管插管的60例患者随机分为2组。传统组按常规口腔护理方法;实验组在麻醉咽喉镜明视下用浸有适量口腔护理溶液的湿纱布块与干纱布块交替擦洗口腔。比较两组口腔护理后污垢残留及口臭情况,评价口腔护理的效果,并对所需人力、时间进行比较。结果传统组需2人,平均用时19 min 45 s,污垢残留9例,口臭11例;实验组只需1人,平均用时16 min 23 s,污垢残留9例,口臭11例。两组口腔护理效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进的口腔护理方法能提高经口气管插管患者口腔护理的质量,减少口腔感染的发生,同时可节省人力和时间。

Objective To explore an effective method of the oral nursing with orotracheal intubation patients, thus to improve nursing efficiency and ensure the patient＇ s mouth nursing qualty. Methods Sixty orotracheal intubation patients were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional oral nursing group employed conventional methods. The experimental group, under pho- topic mirror throat anesthesia, alternately scrubbed mouth with soaked solution gauze and and dry gauze. After nursing, the quality control team members inspected residual dirt and bad breath mouth and evaluated the effect of oral nursing. The time required and manpower was compared. Results In the traditional group, two nurses took average 19 minutes 45 seconds, 9 cases with residue dirt, and bad breath in 11 cases. However in the experimental group, 1 nurse only took average 16 minutes 23 seconds, 9 cases with residue dirt, and bad breath in 11 cases （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved oral nursing＇ can improve oral nursing quality of orotracheal intubation patients, reduce the incidence of oral infections, and save time and manpower.
