创面封闭负压吸引技术(VSD)在骨科应用中的临床护理

Nursing of vacuum sealing drainage technique in the orthopedic application

目的探讨应用封闭负压吸引技术治疗骨科四肢创伤后大面积软组织缺损或骨感染的护理方法。方法对24例应用封闭负压吸引技术患者进行心理、基础和封闭负压吸引技术等相关护理,观察护理效果。结果所有患者创面均愈合,取得了良好的护理效果。结论封闭负压吸引技术治疗骨科四肢创伤后大面积软组织缺损或骨感染疗效确切,充分细致做好术后相关护理是治疗成功的关键环节之一。

Objective To study the nursing of vacuum sealing drainage technique using for the soft tissue loss or infection of bone after the trauma of extremities. Methods Nursing including psychological, basic and vacuum sealing drainage nursing was administered for 24 patients who were treated with vacuum sealing drainage and the nursing efficacy was evaluated. Results The wound surface of all cases was healed and satisfactory nursing efficacy was achieved. Conclusion The curative effect of the soft tissue loss or infection of bone after the trauma of extremities treated by vacuum sealing drainage is obvious. Adequate and careful nursing after operation is one of the key points of successful treatment.
