Perioperative nursing of patients receiving holmium laser lithotripsy under percutaneous nephroscope

目的探讨经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石围术期的护理方法。方法实施经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石患者92例,术前做好心理护理,体位训练;术后密切观察生命体征及做好皮肤护理,预防压疮、预防术后出血和血栓形成。加强肾造瘘管的护理,减少术后并发症,做好出院指导。结果经过对患者围术期精心护理,取得满意效果。结论做好经皮肾镜钬激光碎石患者的围术期护理是患者能治疗成功顺利出院的安全保证。

Objective To explore the nursing of patients who receive holmium laser lithotripsy under pereutancous nephroscope. Methods Ninety- two patients who suffered renal calculus were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under percutaneous nephroscope. Before operation, patients took psychological care and postural training. After operation, close observation and skin care were carried out to prevent decubitus, bleeding and thrombosis. Nursing of renal fistula was intensified, measures were taken to reduce postoperative complications and guide was give to patients in terms of discharge. Results Through perioperative intensive care, satisfactory results were achieved. Conclusion Good perioperative nursing to patients who receive holmium laser lithotripsy under percutaneous nephroscope decides whether those patients can be discharged timely.
