寄生线虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展

Research advances on the inhibitors of serine protease in parasitic nematodes

丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂在寄生线虫抵抗宿主蛋白酶对虫体损伤、调控炎症与免疫应答以及获得营养中发挥重要作用，部分抑制剂还参与虫体的发育及生殖。该文对寄生线虫中的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展作一综述。

Inhibitors of serine protease produced by parasitic nematodes play important roles in the protection of parasite from host enzyme and immune response to the parasite, and in the feeding, development and reproduction of the parasites. In this review, we describe the research advances on the inhibitors of serine protease in parasitic nematodes.
