摘要
白细胞介素-18（IL-18）是一种免疫调节因子，具有多种生物学功能，能够刺激T细胞及NK细胞产生IFN-γ、IL-12等多种细胞因子，为增强Th1型细胞介导细胞免疫的细胞因子。该文对近年来IL-18作为免疫佐剂增强疫苗免疫效果的研究进行简要综述。
Intreleukin-18 is one of immunity regulate cytokine that can stimulate T cells and NK cells to produce IFN-γ and IL-12 thus to enhance Thl type immunity. In recent years, many researches on IL-18 which as adjuvant can enhance the immunity reaction have been done. This article was mainly focused on the research progress on IL-18 as a vaccine adjuvant.
