甘草锌颗粒佐治儿童病毒性口腔炎

Treatment of children viral stomtitis with zinc glycyrrhetate granules

目的 探讨口服甘草锌颗粒佐治儿童病毒性口腔炎的疗效.方法 对照组100例,用病毒唑或口服板蓝根冲剂,保持口腔清洁,适当补充B族维生素.治疗组122例,在对照组治疗基础上加服甘草锌颗粒,比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为97.5%和78.0%,χ2=6.35,P〈0.05,平均治愈时间分别为（3.0±0.96）天和（4.60±1.35）天,u=10.89,P〈0.01,治疗组在疗程与疗效上与对照组比较均有著差异.结论 口服甘草锌颗粒佐治儿童病毒性口腔炎疗效好,可以在临床中推广应用.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of oral zinc glycyrrhetate granules on children viral stomatitis. Methods 100 cases were selected in control group with ribavirin or oral administration of isatis root and keeping fresh breath. And vitamin B was supplemented appropriately. Treatment group included 120 cases with zinc glycyrhetate granules besides the treatment for control group. Then therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 97.5% and 78.0% respectively （X2 = 6.35,P 〈 0.05 ）, and the average cure time was 3.0 ± 0. 96 and 4.60 ± 1.35 days respectively （ u = 10.89, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The differences in course of treatment and therapeutic effect between two groups were significant. Conclusion It is effective to treat children viral stomatitis with oral zinc glycyrrhetate granules and it can be widely applied in clinical practice.
