鼻内负压吸引管在小儿鼻腔异物取出术中的应用

Application of vacuum aspiration by intranasal suctionpipe in removal of children＇s nasal foreign bodies

目的 探讨鼻内吸引管负压吸引与传统方法在小儿鼻腔异物取出术中应用的比较.方法 将248例确诊为有鼻腔异物患儿随机分为两组,实验组和对照组,每组124例.实验组采用鼻内吸引管负压吸引术取出鼻腔异物,对照组采用异物钩、膝状镊钳等取出异物.结果 实验组异物一次性取出112例,12例有小部分残留;对照组一次性取出91例,33例有小部分残留.实验组18例术中有出血;对照组34例术中有出血.实验组20例患者诉有疼痛;对照组38例感觉疼痛明显.两组的鼻腔异物一次性取出情况、术中有无出血、术中有无疼痛的比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为11.97、6.23、7.29,均P〈0.05）.结论 鼻内吸引管负压吸引法是小儿鼻腔异物取出的有效方法,其具有出血少、痛苦小等优点.

Objective To compare the curative effect of vacuum aspiration by intranasal suctionpipe and traditional methods in removal of children＇ s nasal foreign bodies. Methods 248 children diagnosed with nasal foreign bodies were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 124 cases in each group. Children in the experiment group received vacuum aspiration by intranasal suctionpipe to remove nasal foreign bodies, and those in the control group were treated with foreign body hooks and gonypliers. Results Nasal foreign bodies in 112 children in the experiment group were successfully removed at first operation, and only Small residues were left in 12 children. In the control group foreign bodies were successfully removed from 91 children at first operation, and small residues were left in 33 children. There were 18 children in the experiment group and 34 in the control group suffering bleeding during operation, and there were 20 children in experiment group and 38 in control group complaining pain after operation. The differences in foreign body removal, bleeding during operation and pain after operation between two groups were statistically significant （X2 was 11.97, 6.23 and 7.29 respectively, all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion With benefits of less bleeding and little suffering, vacuum aspiration by intranasal suctionpipe is an effective method in children＇ s nasal foreign bodies removal.
