摘要
埋地钢质管道在防腐层、阴极防腐的共同保护下,钢管的某些区域仍会被腐蚀穿孔。这种情况在调查中已得到证实。文中指出发生腐蚀的重要原因,是在基本完整的防腐层下面某些区域的管道表面形成了腐蚀电池,腐蚀进行时,由于防腐层对阴极保护电流的屏蔽作用而使阴极保护对此失去效用。防腐层下面形成腐蚀电池的关键是除锈质量,故对钢管除锈工作应引起高度重视。
With joint protections of coating and cathode, the buried steel pipeline will still be corroded and penetraded on some pipe surfaces. This has been proved by the investigation. The paper points out that the important reason of corrosion in the corrosive cell formed on some pipe surfaces under coating, so that cathodic protection is uneffective because of coating having shielding effect on the cathodic protecting current during corrosion.The key to forming the corrosive cell on pipe surface under coating lies in the quality of rust clearing. Therefore, we shall pay more attention to the rust clearing work of steel pipe.
