全面开放与走向国际的中国银行业研究文献述评--纪念中国加入WTO 10周年

All-Around Opening and Internationalization of Chinese Banking:A Literature Review——To Commemorate the Tenth Anniversary of the Entry of China into WTO

中国银行业全面开放与走向国际以来,有关的研究文献大体可以归为两大类:一类是从中资银行的视角,探讨中资银行的经营转型和国际竞争力,以及如何实施国际化经营并推进跨国并购;另一类则是基于外资银行的视角,研究它们在中国的经营发展,对中国银行业的影响以及对外资银行的监管。这些文献的研究热点转换反映了中国银行业的发展实践,研究视角多元化,在研究方法上定性和定量分析并重。未来的研究应更多关注危机后发展中国家银行国际化和并购的发展、新的研究方法和工具、典型案例的收集以及外资银行对中国银行业的长期影响等。

Since the all-around opening, Chinese banking has been gradually going global. Literatures on this topic can generally be classified into two categories： one is from the perspective of Chinese banks to analyze their operating transformation, international competitiveness, international operation and overseas M＆A; the other one is based on the perspective of foreign banks to discuss their operation in China, their impact on Chinese banking and the regulation on them. According to those literatures, the conversion of hot issues basically reflect the development and practice of Chinese banking, research angles are diversified, and equal importance is attached to both qualitative and quantitative approaches. In the future, scholars may pay more at- tention to the development of banks from developing countries in internationalization and M＆A after the global financial crisis, new research approaches and tools, the collection of representative cases and the long-term influence of foreign banks on Chinese banking.
