摘要 目的根据放射性直肠损伤运用保留灌肠护理研究的需要,探讨并建立符合放射性直肠损伤研究的动物模型。方法选择SD大鼠为实验动物,根据预实验结果,选择21Gy、22Gy、23Gy、25Gy、30Gy作直线加速器单次直肠局部照射,比较大鼠摄食饮水量、体重、排便、精神及自主活动情况,光镜下观察直肠组织病理学改变。结果应用剂量22Gy源皮距90cm、单次盆腔局部照射所致的大鼠直肠炎症状与临床病人的病情接近。结论本模型适合放射性直肠损伤保留灌肠药物治疗、护理研究等的需要。 Objective Based the needs of using retention enema for radioactive rectum damage in nursing research, to discuss and establish the proper rat model of acute radiation-induced proctitis. Method SD rats were chosen as laboratory animals, according to the pre experimental results, a single fraction of 21 Gy,22 Gy,25 Gy,30 Gy were respectively delivered. The quantity of ingestion, the changes of body-weight, defecation, sprits, autonomic activities and the pathology changes of rectal tissue under light micro-scope after radiation were observed and com- pared. Result A single fraction of 22 Gy and source skin distance (SSD) of 90 cm were delivered through linear accel-erator can induce the rats suffered acute radiation-induced proctitis. And the symptoms were close to the clinical patients. Conclusion This model is suitable for radioactive rectum damage retention enema drug therapy and nursing research needs.
